Relationship between low consumption car with the accident

Traffic Jam is the major problem in Jakarta. Many major have been changed
and changed but the problem cannot be solved for a long this time because
the root cause of problem did not touch yet. And with low gas consumption
issues, motorcycle became a king in the road of Jakarta. In car category,
there are so many city car which so famous because its low petrol
consumption and trend was shifted from big passenger car (like Kijang, Kuda)
become small and in the last of 90 decades, we called it for City Car (which
started from first generation of Honda City, followed by Toyota Soluna).

Low consumption petrol engine (Car and Motorcylce which started from Honda
SupraX PGM-FI ~ the first generation mass production motorcycle in Indonesia
which using Fuel Injection) become king of the road, and speed will not be
the first criteria which consumer find to. But, the vehicle needs were not
followed by engagement of Traffic rule by driver as pre-criteria to have the
license.

Find some answer for these, maybe the instance of traffic department must
increase their condition for making of new license. As I describe before,
many driver didn't have any condition having license, but they got!!! Why
can they get it? Everyone knows that there is so easy to make new license
because there's only little test for having new license. And the test itself
didn't touch the basic criteria of driving, which is the emotional or some
expert people said as Psychological test.

That's for legal test, and we know about some people using third party which
there is no need for particular test for having the license. I don't know if
this is illegal or legal, but this becomes a normal and the result of this,
so many driver which should not drive the vehicle, got the license and then
they drive without any of discipline.

Where' the wrong of these? From the department, the driver itself, or the
system?? Only time will answer of this.
